Basic training

Mounting training for large size bearings - In cooperation with Schaeffler

At Schaeffler, Schweinfurt - This training course communicates more in-depth knowledge on the mounting and dismounting of rolling bearings. A combination of several training platforms or combination with basic training on rolling bearing technology is also possible.

Basic Training of rolling bearing technology

  • Rolling bearing types: Characteristics, rolling bearing cages, rolling bearing code numbers, rolling bearing seals, rolling bearing damages
  • Rolling bearing mounting and dismounting: appropriate Treatment of rolling bearings, arrange the work-/mounting place, appropriate mounting and dismounting with practical exercises

Practical training spur gear

Needle roller bearing, cylindrical roller bearing, four Point contact bearing, deep groove ball bearing, spherical roller bearing:

  • Theoretical preparation for mounting
  • Measurement of housing bores, shaft seats and shaft end covers
  • Thermal, hydraulic and mechanical dismounting of bearings
  • Thermal and mechanical mounting of bearings
