There are also classic lessons in our in-house classrooms. Here, we focus in more detail on certain subjects. This is also where you perfect your English ready for assignments around the globe. And if you are still thirsty for knowledge after all that, you are welcome to attend the SMS Akademie. This is our very own educational platform that offers a wide range of talks on all kinds of topics. Each year, we actively support our apprentices who take part in the German Foreign Languages Contest, or in exchange programs.

The event is aimed at ninth to twelfth-grade school students. Needless to say, their parents and teachers are also welcome.

Throughout your apprenticeship, we offer you in-house lessons and preparation for examinations.
Exchange programs
You also have the opportunity during your apprenticeship to go to see one of our foreign subsidiaries, or a construction site in Italy, China, or the U.S.
National competition
Every year, apprentices from SMS group take part in the German Foreign Languages Competition. This is one way we boost foreign language skills and teamwork.
