Push-down forging presses

Pull-down type forging presses

  • All hydraulic cylinders are arranged under the floor so leaks cannot come into contact with the hot forging. That reduces the fire risk of oil-driven presses.
  • Oil-hydraulic or water-hydraulic drive systems
  • Two-column presses for a better view of the forging area
  • Two-column and four-column presses are built for small, medium and high press capacities.
  • Lower press vibrations because the center of gravity is close to the press anchoring point

Rail-bound manipulators and auxiliary equipment

  • Simple, straightforward design with easily accessible maintenance parts
  • Three movements simultaneously, e.g. travelling, plus parallel lifting (complete stroke), plus tilting up or down
  • Backlash-free, rear-mounted drive system with two sprocket wheels and two standard drive elements
  • Independent control system ensures precise parallel stroke of the tongs in synch with the press strokes
  • Integrated horizontal correction ensures return stroke of the tongs to center position in synch with the press strokes
  • High-performance drive with oil-hydraulic motors, gears, and drive shaft in the foundations
  • Individual drive for each drive shaft wheel
  • Drive gear as a complete unit easy to dismantle for maintenance
