Reversing cold mill

Designed for a production of up to 500,000 tons per year

The main mechanical units are: the pay-off reel and first tension reel on the entry side, the mill section, and the second tension reel on the exit side. Integrated in the tension reels are belt wrappers and/or clamping slots. Plus, there are automatic roll change devices to ensure high productivity. Efficient operation is ensured by our media systems and auxiliaries as well. We also offer you a large number of technical solutions for Reversing cold mills (RCM) extension.

Twin-stand Compact Cold Mill – CCM®

Designed for a production of up to 900,000 tons per year

CCM® equipment is the same as that for RCM, except for an additional millstand and interstand area. On request, we can easily upgrade your CCM® to a multistand tandem mill.

CVC® plus 18-HS mill

Designed for efficient production of high-strength and stainless steels

Central to the mill type is the 6-high arrangement with backup, intermediate, and work rolls. The 18-HS design incorporates laterally supported slender work rolls. What makes all the difference here is the CVC® plus roll contour that corrects flatness defects other solutions cannot handle. Plus: simple, fast work roll and intermediate roll changing boosts productivity even further.
