RCM

The main mechanical units are: the pay-off reel and first tension reel on the entry side, the mill section, and the second tension reel on the exit side. Integrated in the tension reels are belt wrappers and/or clamping slots. Plus, there are automatic roll change devices to ensure high productivity. We also offer you a large number of technical solutions for RCM extension.

CCM®

CCM® equipment is the same as that for RCM, except for an additional millstand and interstand area. Furthermore, we can simply upgrade your CCM® to a multistand tandem mill at a later date, if you wish.

CVC® plus 18-HS mill

Central to the mill type is the 6-high arrangement with backup, intermediate, and work rolls. The 18-HS design incorporates laterally supported slender work rolls. What makes all the difference here is the CVC® plus roll contour that corrects flatness defects other solutions cannot handle. Plus: simple, fast work roll and intermediate roll changing boosts productivity even further.
