The Process Condition Analyzer (PCA) assists you with the intelligent interpretation of these data so that downtimes can be reduced and maintenance activities can be improved.

PCA integrates all data from the steel plants’ Level 1 and Level 2 automation systems. System guidance can be evaluated based on predefined expert rules to enable better decision-making. An intuitive navigation tree combined with a 3D model of the steel plant allows you to find the desired information quickly. You can directly access all technical documents such as circuit diagrams and datasheets for a more detailed analysis. The browser-based front end can be used both on stationary computers and on mobile devices from any location in the plant.
