The previous system could only be accessed and interpreted by highly trained specialists; the Full‑TIA solution enables all customers to operate more easily and independently. Duferco provided essential on‑site support during commissioning in August 2025, including critical performance testing.
This solution meets modern rolling mill requirements and demonstrates measurable operational improvements average CPU load during normal production was under 60% while maintaining a high‑speed control cycle time, with technological control functions demonstrating strong long‑term stability. Industry‑leading testing accuracy and coordinated commissioning reduced shutdown durations and enabled a quicker return to production.
