The mechanical upsetter WSHK is a double-acting mechanical press with the ability to be used for mass distribution on one end of a bar end and additionally also for finish forging. The WSHK is an evolution of the well-known upsetters WSHK from Hasenclever and SMZ by Eumuco, combining their proven advantages of high clamping forces and short cycle times due to the flywheel-driven mechanical drive system with new features like modern control systems, hydraulic overload protection, and state-of-the-art digital tools.
