该生产线可以加工直径在 7 到 12 英寸之间的铸造圆锭。每小时可生产至多225个最大长度为1.60米的短锭，或60个最大长度为6.10米的长铸锭。锯切后，铝锭经称重、检验、并使用所谓的“输送车”，将短锭分层码垛在一起，然后使用塑钢带困扎并放置在支撑木块上，以便叉车装载。锯成定尺长度的短锭，将送往挤压车间，进一步加工成用于汽车或航空航天工业的型材。
