Mukand 公司将其位于印度马哈拉施特拉邦塔那市卡尔瓦工厂的康卡司特大方坯连铸机（两流、10 米半径）升级合同授予了西马克集团。该项目涉及对工厂这台第一代连铸机进行改造，新增浇铸断面能力以支撑不锈钢螺纹钢和线材的生产，其中包括为棒材轧机供应一套全新的 250 × 300 mm 大方坯断面。如今，随着最终验收证书（FAC）的颁发，本合同已顺利收官。
卡尔瓦工厂这台大方坯连铸机自 1984 年投产，四十多年来一直是 Mukand 钢铁生产的关键设备之一。随着辊道、拉矫机等关键部件逐步接近使用寿命终点，Mukand 启动了一项现代化改造计划。该计划的三项目标为：提升产品质量、强化运行可靠性，同时引入新的浇铸断面，以满足未来产能增长需求。
为此，西马克交付了一套涵盖供货、安装和调试的全方位升级方案，其中引入多项先进的高效技术。例如：先进的气雾冷却系统，可实现更优的热控制和更好的铸件质量；新一代拉矫机配备交流驱动系统，让设备运行更平稳、更可靠。
新增的 250 × 300 mm 大方坯断面助力 Mukand 拓展了产品线，因此得以进入新的细分市场。上述升级协同推进，旨在提升产量、降低维护与停机时间，并同时确保卓越的尺寸精度与稳定的高品质。
