For each material topic identified, a dedicated cluster has been established. These clusters are led by appointed individuals, tasked with dedicating up to 30% of their time to oversee and manage their respective material topics. 

The ESG management team, particularly those at the top layers, receive support from ESG partners within the business units and global support functions (Human Resources, Procurement, Legal, Finance etc.). These ESG partners play a crucial role in integrating ESG practices into their respective areas, providing the necessary support to the clusters. 

Further support comes from ESG agents who are stationed within the group companies. These agents act as the local representatives of the ESG platform, facilitating the implementation of ESG initiatives at the group company level and ensuring consistency with the group's overall ESG strategy.
